Privacy & product support

Your CSV and Excel files stay on your device.

The comparison app reads files locally inside your browser. It does not upload their contents, call an AI service, or store the CSV rows on our server. Exporting a report or profile saves a file through your browser.

The downloadable app runs offline. The hosted website is served by Cloudflare, which receives ordinary web-request information needed to serve and protect the site. This website currently sets no analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking scripts.

Campaign labels in links may identify the source of a visit. This release does not have a connected conversion analytics service. Source labels alone are not proof of a sale.

Purchases and availability

Choose a one-time software license after trying the demo. Both paid licenses contain the same app; the difference is how many people may use it. Review the final total and terms at hosted checkout.

For an available offer, Lemon Squeezy hosts checkout, receipt instructions and file access. This website does not collect card details. Read the final price, tax and purchase terms at checkout before paying.

Email and support

For product support or refund requests, email victor.berg@vimplement.com with your order reference. Payment problems or unresolved requests can also be raised with Lemon Squeezy.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Use synthetic examples for support. Do not include confidential files, passwords or API keys.

Your purchase data

When you buy, Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for the sale, sends us an order notification with your name, email address and order details such as the order number, license and amount. We use it to answer support and refund requests about your license (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), the license you bought) and to keep an accurate record of our sales and Lemon Squeezy payouts (art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in correct accounts). We do not use it for marketing.

Our order record keeps the order number, license, amount, currency, refund status and dates. It does not store your name, email address or receipt link. The email notice we send ourselves about a new order includes your email address.

We keep the order record and those notices for up to 3 years after the end of the year of purchase, and then delete them.

Recipients: Cloudflare stores the order record (database and website hosting), and Google Workspace delivers and stores our business email. Lemon Squeezy handles your payment, receipt and download under its own privacy policy. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; such transfers rely on an EU adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

You may ask for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, ask for a copy of it, or object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email victor.berg@vimplement.com; requests are normally handled within 30 days. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).

License scope and support

Individual permits one named person to use version 0.3.3 for internal business or personal work on devices they control. Team permits up to five named users within one purchasing legal entity, for its internal business work. Both contain the same app. Team permits internal copies for those users; it does not permit resale, public hosting or distribution outside that entity.

You may keep using the purchased version without a recurring subscription. Neither license promises indefinite updates, collaboration features, custom integration, or a response-time commitment.
