The full app is a portable HTML application. Extract the ZIP and open index.html in a current desktop browser. A native installer is not required.
Excel workbook support is not included: export UTF-8 CSV first. Exact matching requires one unique key per source. Split invoices, fuzzy matching and automatic accounting entries are outside this version.

A difference needs context
A missing record can come from an export filter, time period or billing schedule. A flag is not proof of lost revenue.
Duplicates stay visible
The app does not guess which duplicate is correct or combine financial values across currencies.
Review financial conclusions
Check the source data, tax basis and reporting period before acting. This is a comparison tool, not accounting advice.
A practical question
Why use this instead of a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet may already do this job well. CSV Compare offers a guided mapping step, an exception report and reusable mapping profiles for repeated checks. Try the same small exports in both and decide which workflow suits you. It does not replace spreadsheet analysis or custom reconciliation rules.
